If you want to get a new pet or bring your existing pet to one of our properties the first thing you need to do is let us know. Our location manager will be able to help you with the process, explain pet ownership conditions and discuss any lease restrictions with you.

Safety and security

The Dials is built with your safety and security in mind.

Your apartment comes equipped with an emergency call system which will result in an on-call member of the team coming directly to your assistance in an emergency. During times when there is no Anchor presence on site, the calls are sent to Anchor’ 24-hour customer centre. The emergency call system will allow you to have pendants and other assistive technology connected to it. Any additional assistive technology will be at your cost. AHG will provide one pendant per customer. All lifts within The Dials are connected to the emergency call system.

Gardens and grounds

The Dials is home to beautifully landscaped gardens and seated patios, which you needn’t lift a finger to maintain! So whether you want to stroll amongst the flower bed or sit in the shade with a book, our communal outdoor areas are the perfect place to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Salon

With an onsite treatment room and additional hair salon, you don’t have to go far to enjoy an afternoon of pampering. Offering onsite beauty treatments is just another bonus of living at The Dials.
